PARKING CHARGE NOTICE (PCN)

We prefer using Parking Charge Notices for an enforcement method because:

• The offending driver can drive away on their return
• It is non-confrontational
• Traced via the DVLA
• Processed through a Dept Recovery Agency

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Parking tickets issued by this company are called Parking Charge Notice or PCNs. They do not result in a criminal record or points on a driving licence. They are separate from a Fixed Penalty Notice, issued by the Police and Traffic Wardens.

Parking Charge Notice are issued when a driver parks a vehicle in contravention of the Terms and Conditions stated onsite via warning signs.

 

IMMOBILISATION

Enforcement using the ‘Clamping’ method, We believe should be used as a last resort, because when the offending driver returns, wouldn't’t it be better for them to return and drive away, rather than cause a scene on your property while waiting to be released.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PAY AND DISPLAY

We can generate an income for you by converting your land into Pay and Display.

With no set up costs, we will provide all the equipment and signage and install it on your site, free of charge.  We recover our costs from a percentage split from the machine takings.
The remaining percentage is all yours.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We will maintain and empty the machine, again at no cost to our clients.

 

CARPARK LINE MARKING

We also carry out Line Marking on car parks and residential sites. We can line mark on tarmac, concrete and patio brick work by using a primer base before laying the line using a Thermoplastic  line instead of line marking paint. It is harder wearing and lasts twice as long as paint. The end result is a neater clearer finish.
